Rise for Individuals
Rise is four-weekly sessions with mindfulness teacher Barry Lee and John Slattery of Inspo.
The goal of Rise is to enable you to rise up to meet anything that life offers you. Rise will deep-dive into the following four key themes:
(1) Creating awareness;
(2) Resourcing yourself;
(3) Dealing with challenges; and
(4) Living fully.
Barry and John will put an emphasis on empowering you to embed healthy habits into your routine around mindfulness and positive mindset across the four weeks.
Rise takes place weekly, kicking off a with 30 minute morning session where Barry and John share key tips and insights across one of the four themes. There will be an option to stay with Barry and John for an additional 30 minutes to discuss in groups how you found (a) adopting the learnings of the previous week and (b) how you hope to embrace the guidance offered in this week’s session.
You will receive a follow-up e-mail after the session with practical guidance on how you can embed the learning in your day-to-day routine. The e-mail will also include the recording of the episode to watch back or catch-up on if you are unable to join us on the day.
Rise for Business
Rise is a great way to bring your staff together, virtually or in-house. It will help embed skills and behaviours that can underpin the resilience and wellbeing that you seek in your staff.
Rise can be hosted and delivered for you via Zoom or by using the technology platform that you use for your business.
